Sam Bloom was the Jew who was a public relations man and the executive of the Citizens Council, the host committee that took control of the planning of John F Kennedy's tour of Dallas in November 1963, where the November 22 John F Kennedy Assassination took place. By designating their invitation to JFK to for a non-political, but rather a fund-raising tour, the tour planning was taken out of the hands of the JFK-controlled Democratic National Committee.

Sam Bloom was also the organizer of the Lee Harvey Oswald Assassination as part of the Coverup of the John F Kennedy Assassination

(2) moved Lee Harvey Oswald publicly from the Dallas police station to the city jail.
Without these Sam Bloom-orded changes, Jack Ruby would not have been able get Lee Harvey Oswald into a kill zone to silence. Several sources, including the Dallas FBI Agent, James Hosty, who confirmed that Sam Bloom and his backers were the forces behind the changes that made Lee Harvey Oswald accessible to Jack Ruby.
