    Description

    This pair of vintage 4" bisque, frozen charlottes would make great cake toppers - perfect for a wedding or anniversary.
    The sweet little round-faced figurines are made of bisque china in a style called "Frozen Charlotte" for the way their arms and legs are molded in one piece with their bodies. They are each marked "Made in Japan."
    The
    bride and groom couple are dressed in grand 1920s fashion.
    The groom has a top hat and tails, and wire-frame spectacles in metallic gold. The bride holds a little bouquet and has flowers on the sides of her very twenties-style cap and veil.  Truly a couple of sweethearts!
    These little 'penny' dolls were inexpensive when new but have stood the test of time.  The couple are showing their age a bit but have most of their color. They are in original condition 'as found' no touch-up or cleaning.
    About 4 inches tall, no chips or cracks.
