    Description

    Here's a rare Molly-'es labeled boxed set of Dionne Quintuplets....5 identical matching German made bisque baby dolls dressed the same with blue ribbons...most likely the Dionne Quintuplets that were born in 1934. The Molly-es company began in 1929 and were doll outfitters.  The Dionne Quintuplets were all girls but the doll makers in Germany made many baby dolls that looked the same, so they could be either boy or girl.  Each bisque doll is 2 1/4"tall (4 1/4"with dress) and have moveable bisque arms and legs....hand painted features include blonde short hair, rosy cheeks, eyebrows,etc...all 5 have identical dress with blue ribbon & lacy bonnet on head....all 5 dolls are in excellent condition with no damage. Two of them have a little tag attached to arm with string that reads MADE IN GERMANY.....the blue cardboard box has its original label which reads
    Molly-'es  LOT....SIZE...COLOR
    but I cant make out the numbers. It has a price which is .35. The box measures 7"x6"x 3/4" and has blue leaf pattern on the lid.  Good condition with just some light normal wear....You get all 5 dolls in original box....
